使电池供电时间达到最长，在使用macbook的第一周内就要校准电池，并且要不定时地重复校准以使电池保持最大供电能力。要校准电池：

（1）插上电源适配器给您的macbook电池充电，直至电源适配器插头上的指示灯变成绿色并且菜单栏上的电池图标指示电池已充满电。

（2）让电池在充满电的状态下不工作两个小时或更长时间。在此期间您可以使用电脑，只要适配器一直插着。

（3）macbook为开启状态时断开电源适配器，并靠电池运行电脑。在此期间您可以使用电脑。当电池电量不足时，您会在屏幕上看到电池电量不足的警告对话框。

（4）继续保持电脑运行，直至它进入睡眠状态。当电量不足且在系统尚未进入睡眠状态前，请保存您的工作并关闭所有的应用程序。

（5）关闭电脑或使其进入睡眠状态五个小时或更久。

（6）接上电源适配器并保持连接，直至电池再次充满电。

大概每两个月的重复校准过程使电池保持最大供电能力。如果您的macbook很少使用，最好是每个月至少进行一次电池重新校准。如果您购买了附加的电池，请对这些电池重复此校准过程。有关更多信息，请参阅“使用电池指南”。
