2. refund退款，返还款

如果耽搁达到或超过12小时，你会得到全额退款。

对于出国留学人士，第一步就是办理护照、申请签证。Visa是出国的最后一道关卡，十分重要，需要准备许多材料：签证申请表（visa application’s form）；护照（passport）；在读证明（studying certificate）；学习计划（study plan）；个人陈述（personal statement）；推荐信（reference/recommendation letter）；录取通知书（the offer letter）；毕业证书（graduation diploma）等。对于签证官的问题，应真诚回答，避免给签证官主观上带来不好印象，尤其是不能显示出移民倾向。

同时对于申请出国留学的学生们来说，申请国外大学奖学金除了语言考试以及推荐信之外，还要提供成绩单（official transcripts）和个人简历（curriculum vitae）等。申请的时候应挑选若干所奖学金资助较为丰厚的大学，下一步就应该明白申请这些学校会有多大的获奖可能，根据自己的实际情况，尽量选择容易申请奖学金资助的学校。
