不能说的秘密(职场加薪)

你努力工作公司会给你加薪?你必须向老板提出要求!

If you want a higher salary, you should tell your boss.

如何跟老板提加薪呢?

(1)证明你的“价值”:Prove your value to your boss.

(2)提要求:Tell your boss your request.

像前面所说的一样,公司每天都想着怎么削减成本。如果你不要求,公司觉得这是一件好事情;除非你要求了,否则公司绝不会自愿给你涨很多工资的。

(3)不要威胁上司:Do not threaten your boss.

(4)不要抱怨:Do not complain to your boss.

即使最后的结果不是很好,比如不给你加薪或加了很少一部分,通过主动出击你可能明白了自己的短处或老板对你的看法,也让老板明白了你不满足于现状。下次再用更强烈的事实来证明,可能这次没有成功,但是你离下次成功就不远了。

了解自己的强项recognize your strengths,弥补自己的短处compensate for the weaknesses,提高自己的业绩improve your performance,不满足于现状not satisfied with your current situation,优秀的业绩outstanding achievement,达到期望值reach your expectation。
