I. About the letter:

Tihis is a letter w ritten by the buyer asking the seller to change insurnace companies. As the goods are categorized as general cargo，the premium of which is lower than that of fragile goods，therefore the buyer is notw illing to pay the high premium.

II. Additional notes:

1. assign v.分配;指派

If you can assign value in terms of numbers，you'll enhance your negotiating stance.

2. general cargo一般货物，普通货物

We specialize in offering services in general cargo transportation.
