This letter is from the seller to the buyer advising that although the contract is signed on CFR basis，he w ill cover the insurance for the buyer at the seller's end，the premium of which w ill be deducted from the comm ission.

As is known，it is the duty of the sellers to send a fax or e-mail to the buyerswhen the goods are shipped，especially as the contract is signed on CFR or FOB basis so as to enable them to effect insurance. If the sellers fail to do so，they should bear responsibility for the loss of the goods，if any.

We regret to inform you that as your price was much on the high side，we refrained from faxing back.

3. deduct v. to take away a sum ofmoney from the total amount减去，扣除

Please deduct the premium from our commission of 3%.

The commission due to you up to the present amounts to USD 120.

III. Chinese version of the leter:
