一、如何拨打国际长途电话

In order to make an international phone call, there are several bits of information you need to begin with. You must first know the international call prefix. This code allows you to dial outside of the country you are calling from and is unique for each country. Once you pick up your phone and hear a dial tone, you dial this code.

The next digits you dial are the country code of the country you are trying to call. In some countries, the country code varies depending on whether you are calling a mobile phone or afixed phone. Some counties have different country codes based on geography. The country code can be anywhere from 1 to 3 digits.

After dialing the country code, you must dial the area or city code. This can be anywhere from 1 to 3 digits and narrows down your call to a smaller geographic region within the country you are calling.

Finally, you dial the local number and then finish dialing. Here is a summary of all the steps:

Step 1: Dial International Call Prefix

Step 2: Dial Country Code

Step 3: Dial City Code (area code)

Step 4: Dial Local Number

So let’s say you are trying to place an international call to Japan. In this example we will say the local number is 080-1234-5678. The country code for Japan is 81. The city code (or area code) is 80. This is all the information we need. As you can see we dial the international call prefix 00, followed by the country code 81, then the area code 80, and then the local number 1234-5678. It’s that simple.

在日常的商务活动中，打电话时会遇到对方不在的情况，这时打电话的人就要留口信给接电话的人，而接电话的人就需要记录电话留言。

● 电话留言的七个主要步骤：

（1）告诉对方信息是留给谁的；

（2）告诉对方你是谁；

（3）说明来电的事由；

（4）拼写所有复杂的单词，主要包括姓名、公司名称及地址；

（5）要求回电；

（6）留下你的具体联系方式；

（7）告诉对方你何时有空。

● 英文电话留言的格式

英文的电话留言（telephone message）包括五个部分：打电话者（from）、电话接收者（to）、日期（date）、时间（time）、留言内容（message），在留言的最后还要签上记录人的姓名。

● 电话留言的特点

电话留言最根本的特点就是内容必须言简意赅，切忌冗长、复杂。在记录电话留言信息时，行文要简明扼要、通俗易懂，将打电话人的意思清楚明白地表达出来即可。
