1. 1) We want to become a sole agent of your garments.

2) Would you let us know under what conditions we can represent you?

3) We do appreciate your intention to be our sole agent; but we don’t think time is ripe for you.

4) We do business on commission basis.

5) We would like to give you a 4% commission.

2. 1) 你们能够完成的年销售量是多少？

3) 我们认为对于这个地区的独家代理商，你们估计的年销量过于保守。

4) 3%的佣金与我们的预期相差悬殊。
