169.How do tour guides cooperate with drivers to provide services?（导游如何与司机合作提供服务？）

★Respect drivers. The tour guide should introduce the driver to tourists in the first presentation. After the farewell speech, suggest tourists thank the driver for his/her services.

★Do a good job of communication. Inform the driver of the schedule in advance; before setting off, the tour guide should fully communicate with the driver about the route, parking site, meeting place etc., avoiding interfering the driver when he is driving; communicate timely if there is any change in the itinerary; when announcing the meeting time and place for inbound tourists, do not forget to tell the driver.

★Assist drivers in safe driving. Make sure the schedule is not too tight; assist the driver in safety inspection work; not to chat with the driver, but on long-distance trips, in order to prevent the driver from dozing off, the guide should have a chat with the driver.

【备注】如接待的是入境团队，导游在建议游客感谢司机时，应让司机知晓。如游客将小费都给地陪，地陪应根据情况灵活处理。
