167.What are the common situations when the service team is consulting itinerary? What are the principles of dealing with such situations?(导游服务团队商谈日程时,常见的问题有哪些?如何处理这些问题?)

★ Situation 1: The tour leader makes some minor changes. If time permits and there is no additional charge involved, the guide may agree. If there is an additional charge involved, inform the tour leader and tourists and collect money in time. If time does not permit, explain patiently.

★ Situation 2: The request made by the tour leader is inconsistent with the original plan and involves change of reception standard. Politely refuse such requests. If there are special reasons, report to the offi ce and wait for instructions.

★ Situation 3: The guide’s itinerary is different from the tour leader’s. Report to agency and fi gure out the reason. Solve the problem according to the instruction of the agency.

☆第一种情况:领队提出小的修改意见或增加新的游览项目。如时间上有保证、又不产生费用的情况下,可以同意;如需产生费用,应向领队和游客说明,按规定收取足够的费用;如时间不允许,耐心解释。

☆第二种情况:领队提出的要求与原计划不符又涉及接待规格。要婉言拒绝,并说明双方应按合同行事,但要做好解释工作;如有特殊理由,应请示组团旅行社。

☆第三种情况:导游手中的接待计划与领队的计划有部分不符。报告旅行社查明原因,按照旅行社指示执行。
