★Contact the local travel agency or the local guide to fi gure out the situation.

★Explain the situation in brief to tourists and promise to solve the problem as soon as possible.

★If the local guide is held up by traffi c and will get there soon, lead the group to a comfortable place where they can use the washroom or take a rest.

★If there is no way to get a local guide due to the mistake of local travel agency, call the travel company to be authorized to solve the problem like hiring taxis to send tourists to the designated hotel fi rst.

★The extra expense incurred will be covered by the one who is responsible for the mistake.

☆向全体游客告知情况，承诺尽快解决问题。

☆如地陪因交通堵塞迟到，但会很快赶到，安排游客在附近有卫生间设施处做短暂休息。
