153.In case of fire, how can a tour guide react properly?(如遇到火灾,导游应如何应对?)

★As a tour guide, he/she should fi rst of all keep calm.

★Call 119 immediately. And he/she should tell the police the exact location of the fi re, the present situation of the fi re, etc.

★He/She will try his/her best to notify all the tourists and tour leader.

★Help with the evacuation.

★If the situation is serious, the tour guide should encourage tourists to help each other or escape to safe places by themselves.

★Once the group arrived at the safe place, call the offi ce and count the number of tourists.

★Send the injured to hospital and comfort the group.

★When the cause of the fire is clear, he/she will ask the manager or the tour leader to make it known to the whole group.

★Keep a record.

☆立即报警,拨打火警电话119。要讲清确切的起火地点、火势等情况。

☆尽可能通知所有游客与领队。

☆听从指挥,有序疏散。

☆如发现火势已蔓延开,鼓励引导游客自救和互救。

☆到达安全地点,通知旅行社并清点游客人数。

☆送伤者去医院,安抚其他游客。

☆火灾原因清楚后,请旅行社经理或领队告知全团。

☆做好记录。
