147.What are you supposed to do when a tourist suddenly has sunstroke?（如何处理游客中暑？）

★Let the tourist lie down comfortably in the shade and put a wet towel on his/her forehead.

★Offer him/her some cold water (ice-cold water) and let him/her have a short rest.

★If the tourist still feels uncomfortable, send him/her to the hotel and ask the hotel to take care of him/her or send him/her to the hospital if he/she wants.

★Call the tourist once in a while to see whether he/she needs more help.

☆让中暑游客在阴凉处躺下，将湿毛巾敷于其前额。

☆为游客提供凉水（冰水），让其进行短暂休息。

☆如游客依然感觉不适，可将其送回酒店，请酒店给予照顾，或经本人同意，送医院治疗。

☆与游客保持联系，以便提供帮助。

【备注】高热、无汗及昏迷是中暑的特征性症状。对于先兆中暑、轻症中暑，如处理及时，往往可短时间内恢复。对于重症中暑，要即刻送医院救治。通常导游继续带团，领队和家属送游客去酒店或医院，如有必要，可联系办公室，请办公室派人协助。
