143.How will you deal with the problem that a tourist fails to get his luggage?(如游客进房一段时间后没有拿到行李,导游将如何处理?)

★Go to the hotel concierge with the tour leader to see whether the luggage was sent to the wrong floor or wrong room.

★If the total number of luggage arriving at the hotel is not the same as the fi gure written on the luggage tag, call the local agency to trace the lost piece.

★While tracing the luggage, comfort the tourist and offer assistance if it is needed.

★If the loss is confirmed, apologize and help with compensation.

☆与领队去酒店礼宾部,查询行李是否送错楼层或房间。

☆如果酒店在接收行李时的总数与行李牌上的数目不符,电话联系地接社请其协助查询丢失行李。

☆在寻找行李的过程中,安抚好游客,协助解决因行李丢失带来的困难。

☆如行李确认丢失,表示歉意并由责任方赔偿。

【备注】如行李不是礼宾部负责运送,导游可与领队一同去团队其他成员房间寻找,看行李是否有误拿。行李追踪的基本原则是“由近到远”。
