★Ask the tourist to write an engagement letter including detailed description of the parcel and the contact information of the receiver.

★Make sure the description in the engagement letter is in agreement with the parcel.

★Help pass the parcel on to the receiver and ask him to write a receipt with details concerning the parcel.

★Leave the engagement letter and the receipt to the travel agency.

★Inform the tourist.

☆核对物品，看是否与委托书一致。

☆帮助转交，要办好签收手续，请收件人写出收据，并详细注明所收物品情况。

☆将委托书和收据送交旅行社保管。
