130.What will you do if most of the tour members want to skip one tourist attraction in the itinerary, but there are still tourists who want to keep the original program?(如大多数游客希望取消行程安排中的某一景点,但仍有少数游客要求按照原行程活动,导游应如何处理?)

★Emphasize the importance of keeping the contract. (Explain to the whole group that the tour functions according to the agreed itinerary as it is their purchased product and is part of the contract. The guide is in no position to change it.)

★Try to arouse their interests. (Tell tourists how long the tour is and let them know about what they might find interesting if they stay with you.)

★Even if there is only one tourist who wants to keep the original program, you must stay with him/her.

☆向游客说明按照合同办事的重要性。(告知行程上的一切景点都是他们事先购买的旅游产品,是旅游合约的一部分,导游无权私自更改。)

☆想方设法引起游客的兴趣。(告诉游客该景点的游览时间,并让他们知道如果跟随导游,也许还会有出乎意料的收获。)

☆即使只有一名游客坚持原来行程,导游也要安排。

【备注】在此情况下,即便因忽略大多数游客的诉求而受到投诉,导游也不用因此承担责任。在实际操作中,导游可根据具体情况灵活安排,这也是考验导游的协调组织能力的时候。《旅游法》第四十一条规定:导游和领队应当严格执行旅游行程安排,不得擅自变更旅游行程或者中止服务活动,不得向游客索取小费,不得诱导、欺骗、强迫或者变相强迫旅游者购物或者参加另行付费旅游项目。(According to Article 41 of Tourism Law: Tour guides and tour leads shall strictly follow the itinerary, shall not alter it or stop the services they are providing without permission or to ask for tips from tourists or lure, cheat, compel or force tourists in a disguised form to make purchases or participate in tourism activities that require additional payment.)
