126.How will you handle the incident that rooms provided by the travel agency are below the standard specifi ed in the contract?(如因旅行社提供的客房低于合同规定标准,游客提出要求调换房间,导游应如何处理?)

★The travel agency should fulfi ll the contract and change rooms for tourists.

★If there are any difficulties, reasons should be clearly stated and an apology should be made.

★Tell tourist the compensation provided by the travel agency.

★A consent declaration with signatures of all tourists and the tour leaders is required.

☆这种情况旅行社应负责予以调换。

☆如果确有困难须说明原因并致歉。

☆按旅行社意见告知补偿措施。

☆并征得全体游客的书面同意。

【备注】如因客房内设施损坏、卫生不达标、房间有异味等原因而提出的换房要求,导游也应积极联系、满足换房要求。《旅游法》第七十五条规定:住宿经营者应当按照旅游服务合同的约定为团队游客提供住宿服务。住宿经营者未能按照旅游服务合同提供服务的,应当为游客提供不低于原定标准的住宿服务,因此增加的费用由住宿经营者承担;但由于不可抗力、政府因公共利益需要采取措施造成不能提供服务的,住宿经营者应当协助安排游客住宿。
