125.What will you do if a tourist wants to change his/her room for a better view?(游客要求换景观房,导游应如何处理?)

★Contact the hotel reception desk to inform them of his/her request (figuring out whether there are rooms available and the price difference).

★Accompany him/her to the reception desk to change one after he/she agrees to cover the difference if there is any.

★Then make the new room number known to the tour leader.

★Inform the bell captain to help the tourist move to the new room.

★Ask for copies of the new rooming list to be sent to the tour leader and the bell captain.

★If the request can not be satisfi ed, explain patiently.

☆告知总台游客换房要求(了解是否有房及房间差价)。

☆如有差价,在其同意付差价后,陪同游客前往总台联系调换。

☆告知领队游客的新房间号码。

☆通知礼宾部协助游客搬至新房间。
