124.What will you do when a tourist wants to end his tour ahead of schedule?（如游客提出提前结束行程，导游应如何处理？）

★If his/her health does not allow him/her to continue the trip or something urgent is happening back at home, try your best to help him/her.

★Report the case to the agency to get further assistance (such as getting the visa separated from the group one, booking/buying the return ticket, etc.).

★Explain to the tourist that all additional charges after the conclusion of the tour are to be covered by the tourist, payable on demand.

★Tell the tourist he/she can talk to his/her travel agent about travel insurance claims and the possibility of a refund on any unused portions.

★Sincerely express that you would be delighted to show him/her around again if he/she comes back one day.

☆如游客因身体原因或家中急事需提前结束行程，应尽力为其提供方便。

☆将此事及时通知旅行社（以协助其办理分离签证、 购买回程票等事宜）。

☆告诉游客，离团后一切费用自理。

☆告诉游客与自己的旅游代理商联系，了解关于旅游保险费用和旅游合同中未产生费用的退赔事宜。

☆表达游客日后重返时可以再次担任他/她的导游的愿望。
