118.What special attention should a tour guide pay to children tourists?（带团过程中，如何做好儿童游客的服务工作？）

The tour guide should do the following things:

★He/She may help take care of children tourists (for example, if the guide is not busy, he/she may tell stories to children tourists).

★The guide should remind parents to take good care of children from time to time.

★If children are sick, the guide should suggest parents send children to hospital immediately.

★While helping take care of children tourists, the guide should keep in mind that his/her obligation is to provide service for the whole group.

The tour guide should not do the following things:

★The guide should not take children alone with him/her when touring.

★The guide should not buy food or toys for children.

★When children are not comfortable, the guide should not offer any medicine or give suggestions on medicine.

★The guide should not neglect cultural differences. For example, if tourists are from countries like Thailand, the guide should not praise their children for their appearance, nor should he/ she touch the heads of children.

导游应做以下事情：

☆导游不要忽视文化差异。比如，在与泰国游客交往时，不要赞美其婴儿漂亮，也不要抚摸孩子的头。
