A. Tourists miss your welcome sign board and pass by...（游客没有看到你的接站牌……）

★Stand at an unobstructed place at the arrival gate to make sure that everybody can notice your sign board before he/she passes by.

★Look for those whose number (maybe a couple or maybe a family of 4), gender or age are in accordance with that of yours on the assignment sheet and keep an eye on those whose attire might suggest a little bit of nationality if there is any.

★Don’t hesitate to go over and check with those targeted people and make sure that they are not your clients before they pass by.

☆站在出口醒目地点，高举写有游客名字的接站牌，尽量使所有出来的人都能看到。

☆仔细捕捉那些符合你接待人数（或许是一对夫妇，也可能是一家四口）、性别、年龄及带有客源国游客穿着打扮特点的游客。

☆不厌其烦上前询问。

B. Tourists are met by their friends or go with someone else who was on the same fl ight...（游客被他的朋友接走了或是跟着同机熟人走了……）

★Call the hotel and leave a message for tourists with your cell phone number, so they can contact you upon their arrival at the hotel.

☆打电话给宾馆并给游客留言，让游客一抵达宾馆就与你联系。

C. Tourists see the hotel welcome sign fi rst and go with the hotel representative stationed at the airport...（客人被酒店驻机场代表接走了……）

★Before the plane lands, check with the hotel representative stationed at the airport to see whether he/she also has a list with the same tourists to be picked up.If affi rmative, let him/her know that you are from a local travel agency to meet these tourists. If he/she meets them fi rst, ask him/her to inform you.

☆航班抵达前，向宾馆驻机场代表查询，他们是否也有相同游客的接站名单。如有，告诉他/她，你是旅行社派来接游客的，如他/她先看到游客，请他/她及时通知你。

D. Tourists find luggage missing and stay with the airline representative to deal with the problem...（游客没有拿到行李，还在与航空公司交涉……）

★Wait longer or ask for help from the airport staff to see if your tourists are at the luggage claim counter.

☆再多等一点时间，或让机场工作人员帮你查找你的游客是否在行李查询处。

E. Tourists miss the fl ight from the last stop...（游客没有赶上飞机……）

★Call the offi ce and wait for further instructions. If there is another plane from the same airline and same airport coming soon, wait for the next fl ight.

☆报告办公室，等候指示。如有同一航空公司从同一机场起飞的下一航班，间隔时间又不是很长的，可以继续等待。
