092.What kind of service can the tour leader provide when leading tourists to the boarding gate?(引领游客登机阶段,领队应做好哪些工作?)

★Check the boarding gate and boarding time. Sometimes the boarding gate and boarding time may change due to various reasons. Once it happens, make sure to inform tourists of the correct gate and updated boarding time.

★Count the number of tourists. In order to prevent tourists from missing the plane due to hearty shopping or other reasons, the team leader should arrive at the boarding gate to count the number of guests in advance and contact the tourists who have not shown up.

☆核实登机闸口。领队应注意收听机场内广播,或向机场内的咨询台询问,或从电脑屏幕上查看所乘坐航班闸机口是否有改变;在确定无误后,要将正确的登机时间和闸口告诉游客。

☆清点人数。为避免游客因为购物等原因发生误机事件,领队应提前赶到登机闸口清点人数,与未能及时赶到的游客进行联系,确保准时登机。
