☆听取旅游计调人员介绍团队情况（主要包括旅游团构成情况、团内重点成员情况、团队旅游行程、该团特殊安排与要求、行前说明会的安排）。

☆接受计调人员移交有关资料，主要包括出境旅游行程表、《中国公民出国旅游团队名单表》、出入境登记卡、海关申报单、旅游证件、旅游签证/签注、交通票据、接待计划书、联络通讯录等资料。
