065.What are you supposed to do when you are seeing a group off at the airport?（在机场送团时，导游应做哪些工作？）

★Double check the departure time and the number of the airline tickets.

★Leave enough time to assist the tourists to check in, locate the appropriate airline counter, check their locked luggage through to the next stop, get luggage claim tickets and boarding passes.

★Walk tourists to the security check point and say goodbye to them.

☆再次确认出发时间和交通票据。

☆给游客留有足够时间办理行李托运，领取行李托运凭证和登机牌。

☆将游客带至安检处与之告别。

【备注】目前基本使用电子票据，导游需要提前电话确认票据（机票）。此外，导游需要特别注意接送站的具体地址。火车票一般是旅行社提前出好票交给导游，到站取票也可以，但比较费时。为防止遗失，导游一般在送站前发火车票给游客。高铁动车，可以用身份证直接上车，但外宾不可以，必须持票上车。
