063.What will you do when you find a tourist missing in the hotel before departure?(在酒店出发前发现少了一名游客,导游应如何处理?)

★Wait for another 10-15 minutes and look for the tourist in all the places he/she might go to (such as a coffee shop, souvenir shop, cashier’s desk, business center, bookstore, etc).

★If you still fail to fi nd him/her, call the offi ce and leave a message for him/her at the hotel with your cell phone number. Arrange the group to leave for the port.

★If there is still no news about the missing tourist before the group boards the plane/ship/train, call the office again. Report the case to the police if necessary.

★Keep a record afterwards.

☆等候10 ~ 15分钟,在游客可能去的地方寻找,(如咖啡店、纪念品商店、外币兑换处、商务中心、书店等)。

☆如未找到,报告旅行社,在宾馆给游客留下写有地陪联系方式的便条。带领团队前往交通港。

☆如登机(船、火车)前,仍无消息,再次通知旅行社。必要时向公安机关报案。

☆做好相关记录留档。

【备注】《旅游法》第十六条规定:入境游客不得在境内非法滞留,随团入境的游客不得擅自分团、脱团。(According to Article 16 of Tourism Law: Inbound tourists are not allowed to stay within the territory of China illegally, or leave or separate from the group without permission if travelling in a group.)

《旅游法》第五十五条规定:旅游经营者组织、接待出入境旅游,发现游客从事违法活动或者有违反本法第十六条规定情形的,应当及时向公安机关、旅游主管部门或者我国驻外机构报告。(According to Article 55 of Tourism Law: When organizing and receiving inbound and outbound tourists, tourism operators shall timely report any illegal activity or circumstance that violates Article 16 of this law by the tourists to the public security organ, the tourism authority or Chinese institutions functioning abroad.)

遇到离港前,游客迟到、未出现等情况,应当机立断,不可无原则地等待,以免造成更大的损失。
