If there is a luggage handler for the group:

★When picking up the group at the port, the tour guide should collect and count the number of the luggage with the tour leader and the luggage handler.

★Check with the hotel the exact number of luggage, and urge the concierge to send luggage according to the rooming list in time.

★When checking out at the hotel, once again collect and count the number of the luggage with the tour leader and the luggage handler.

If there is no luggage handler for the group:

★The tour guide should remind tourists to take care of their own luggage.

★Remind tourists to pay special attention to their own luggage at the traffi c port or when the group is leaving the hotel for the port. And make sure all tourists see their luggage loading.

团队安排行李员的服务要点:

☆接站时,导游应与领队和行李员共同清点行李。

☆入住宾馆后,核对送达行李,并督促礼宾部及时将行李送至对应房间。

☆离店时,再次与领队和行李员共同清点行李,办理交接手续。

团队没有安排行李员的服务要点:

☆导游应提醒游客照看好自己的行李。

☆在交通港、离店等环节,提醒游客尤其注意,确认自己的行李装车。
