053.What should you do when some tourists want to buy antiques?（如游客想要买古董，导游如何处理比较妥当？）

★Tell tourists when they are buying antiques, they should be very careful.

★Recommend reliable antique shops to tourists; never buy antiques sold by peddlers or small shops.

★Remind them to ask for formal receipts.

★As a tour guide, he/she should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations. (For example, the guide should tell tourists that the item that can be brought out of China should carry the offi cial red seal of the shop and the sale documents are in order; and Chinese law forbids the export of antiques dated earlier than 1911.)

☆告知游客，购买文物需谨慎。

☆为游客推荐可靠的商店；切勿在路边或小店购买文物。

☆提醒游客购买文物时，索要正规发票。

☆熟悉相关法律法规（如，告诉游客可以合法出口的文物应有“火漆印”，且手续齐全；1911年以前的文物禁止离境出口等）。

【备注】“火漆印”标志是中国文物出境的专用章，文物可否出境的标志是文物上是否有“火漆印”。中国海关对海外旅客购买文物有如下规定：携带在合法的文物商店购买的文物的旅客应向海关申报。作为礼品或在自由市场上购买的文物，应提供北京、天津、上海或广州的海关检验文化管理部门签发的专用章和发票，海关将根据鉴定标志和许可出口证明放行。
