046.What will you do if someone vomits on the coach?（如游客在车上呕吐，导游将如何处理？）

★Offer a plastic bag to him/her right away.

★Work with the driver as a team to stop and evacuate the coach where possible. Open all the doors and windows to ventilate the coach.

★Clean the coach before tourists get on board again.

☆立即提供塑料袋。

☆让司机在安全、适当的地方停车，请游客下车，开门窗通风。

☆清理污物后，再让游客登车。

【备注】笔者就此问题做过调研，目前清理工作没有明确规定的操作形式。调研反馈中，有司机清理的，有导游清理的，有导游协同司机清理的，有通情达理的游客家属协助司机清理的，也有游客出少量清理费的解决案例。通常游客（尤其是西方游客）会通过多给小费的形式表示感谢。为避免此类情况的发生，预防工作要到位。
