037.What will you do when you find a tourist missing after free-time activity?（自由活动结束后，如发现一位游客未按时归队，导游应如何处理？）

★Wait for another 15 minutes to see whether he/she will show up or contact you through cell phone.

★If someone is late, give him/her a hint in a humorous way. Don’t shame him/her in front of the whole group.

★If you still cannot fi nd him/her after 15 minutes, continue the tour.

★The tour leader, together with the national guide and the tourist’s relatives may continue looking for the tourist.

★Keep in touch with the hotel and make sure that they will let you know after the tourist is back.

★If you fail to fi nd the tourist, report the case to the travel agency and the police.
