030.If a food poisoning takes place, what should a tour guide do?（如发生食物中毒，导游应如何处理？）

★Ask them to drink a lot of water and if necessary ask them to take an emetic to induce vomiting.

★Send them to the nearest hospital.

★Report the case to the offi ce immediately.

★Get the certificate of diagnosis provided by the hospital (for insurance).

★After the cause has been worked out, have the tour leader or your manager make it known to the whole group.

★Keep a record.
