027.What will you do when a tourist has special dietary requirements for religious or health reasons?（如游客因健康、宗教原因而提出特殊用餐要求，应如何处理？）

★Coordinate with the restaurant staff and try to meet his/her request due to religious or health reasons.

★If his/her request cannot be met, help him/her order something different after he/she agrees to pay extra.

★Try to arrange for the tourists in the following meals.

☆事先与餐厅协商，尽量满足其因健康、宗教原因提出的特殊用餐要求。

☆如果无法满足，在游客同意支付额外费用后，协助其点其他餐。

☆在后续的用餐安排中尽量协助满足。

【备注】如合同中写明游客为素食者，通常餐厅会为素食者单独准备一两道素食；上菜时，导游应协助说明。目前饭店给游客准备的素菜一般是绿色蔬菜，其中青菜居多，或是豆腐。外国人的素食种类分得很细，如Vegan（完全素食），Ovo-Lacto Vegetarian（除蛋、奶外完全素食，也是最常见的素食），Pescetarian（除了鱼之外完全素食）等。
