【备注】欧美游客在吃中餐时，习惯先将菜肴放入自己盘中再吃，因此上菜时要确保每桌有餐巾纸一叠，每道菜配有一把公勺。如条件许可，为需要的游客同时提供筷子和刀叉。如游客提出增加就餐标准之外的饮料，通常要告知游客需要现金现付。
