023.What help can you offer when the group is doing the check-in in the hotel?(导游应该如何协助旅游团办理入住手续?)

★Assist the tour leader to collect passports (to be scanned) and return them to tourists as soon as possible.

★Point out hotel facilities to tourists (including the location of the cashier, dining room for breakfast and business center).

★Get hotel business cards and give one to each tourist.

★Assist the tour leader to distribute room keys.

★Arrange luggage delivery to tourists’ rooms.

★After the tourists go to their rooms, wait in the lobby for another 15 minutes in case they need your further assistance.

★Ask the front desk for an up-to-date rooming list for your own reference.

☆协助领队收集护照(以便扫描)并及时归还给游客。

☆介绍宾馆设施分布(包括外币兑换处、早餐用餐地点及商务中心)。

☆协助领队分发房卡。

☆安排行李进房。
