013.As a tour guide, what are you supposed to do before meeting a group at the airport?（去机场接机前，导游应该做哪些准备？）

★Confirm details of the arrival time, the port of entry/exit, transportation means, hotel accommodation and arrangement of luggage delivery.

★Make sure you will get to the airport at least 30 minutes before the plane lands.

★Make sure the coach is clean and in excellent working order, and will arrive on time. Confi rm with the driver where the coach will be for boarding.

★Get familiar with the basic information of tourists (including the number of tourists and their nationality, gender, occupation, age, religion and special requests).

★Know some important information of the group (including the name of the organizing travel agency, group code, the liaison person in charge of the group, the name of the tour leader/national guide and his/her cell phone number).

☆确认航班抵达准确时间、出入境口岸、交通、住宿安排、行李接送等。

☆至少提前30分钟抵达机场。

☆确保旅游车准时到位，车况良好，与司机确认上车地点。

☆熟悉旅行团成员基本信息（包括团员人数、国籍、性别、职业、年龄、宗教信仰以及特殊要求等）。

☆熟悉旅行团重要信息（包括组团社名称、团号、组团社联系人、领队/全陪姓名及手机号）。

【备注】在确认车况环节，尤其要注意车载话筒是否有问题。在实际操作中，因客人出关有很多手续要办理，一般需要一小时左右，所以不少有经验的导游会掐好时间抵达机场。另外，航班晚点时有发生，为避免长时间等候，接机前应确认航班抵达具体信息。多年来，因各种延误原因，航班正常率饱受诟病。据民航局2020年发布的《2019年民航行业发展统计公报》显示，全国客运航空公司平均航班正常率为81.65%，航班平均延误时间为14分钟。
