003.What is considered the proper dress for a tour guide?（导游应如何着装？）

★Professional attire is appropriate for the fi rst day to meet the group.

★When conducting tours, smart casual and business casual are fi ne.

★Female tour guides — No heavy make-up, short skirts or hot pants.

★Male tour guides — No short pants and no shirts with logos of other travel companies; socks are required.

★Unacceptable for either gender: loud clothes, ripped clothing, clothing which has or is in the process of being rumpled, T-shirts, underwear as outerwear, fl ip-fl ops and inappropriately revealing attire such as a bare midriff.

★Caps are not to be worn backwards, sideways or tilted.

☆女性导游不化浓妆，不穿短裙、热裤。

☆男性导游不穿短裤，不穿印有其他旅行社标识的广告，不光脚穿鞋。

☆导游不穿过于花哨的衣服、不穿人为做破做皱的衣服（如被当成时髦的破洞牛仔裤等），不穿T恤衫，不可内衣外穿，不穿夹脚拖鞋，不穿暴露的衣服（如露脐装）。

☆不反戴帽子、不歪戴帽子。

【备注】工作态度要从外表开始投入，得体的着装是导游接待工作的重要组成部分。有经验的导游会根据旅游团队的特点选择着装。Smart Casual的穿着一定要“简约”，但不能“简便”；要“随意”，但不能“随便”，虽一字之差却有天壤之别；裤装或裙装可以穿得比较休闲，但不可以非常贴身；颜色纯粹不花哨，比如海军蓝、黑色、灰色、棕色、米色之类都是日常之选，肯定不会出错；裙子长度则至少要及膝，坐下时足以遮住大腿；长裙若是开衩，衩口不应该高过膝盖；上衣除衬衣之外，修身的针织衫同样属于Smart Casual的范畴。“loud clothes”指“花哨的衣服”。
