43.3 Useful tips for a room attendant about laundry service skills.

➢　 When collecting laundry, ask guests to make a note on the laundry list whether the clothes need ironing, washing or dry-cleaning and what time they want them returned.

➢　 When collecting laundry lists, pay attention to room numbers, names of the guests, and their special requests.

➢　 When there is no such service or necessary equipment, say “I’m sorry.” And then give the reason politely.
