3.Translate the following dialogue into English.

A:汤姆先生,我们希望你能帮助我们解决有关轧钢厂(rolling mill)滚筒(rollers)的麻烦。

B:那当然。请你讲讲情况。

A:这是天津出入境检验检疫局出具的检验证明书副本和一套照片。检验证书上说,开箱时发现滚筒已生锈,这些当场拍的照片也证明了这一点。

B:我们的滚筒都像这样吗?

A:不是全部,只有四只滚筒有锈斑。
