3.complaint 抱怨，不满

(Cf.lodge a claim,which implies asking for compensation)

4.incur 招致，蒙受

We are inclined to attribute the cause of rust to your oversight.

6.at a loss 莫明其妙，不能理解

The sellers say,“We are at a loss to understand why those medical instruments have become so rusty.”

7.as to （for）...关于，至于……

As to the terms of payment,we’ve agreed to use Renminbi.

As for our offer,we wish to remind you that it is good only for three days.
