Mr.Vichers,an importer from Manila,has filed a complaint against our Light Industrial Products Import & Export Corporation about the breakage of glazed wall tiles,which exceeds 30% of the total consignment.

Mr.Bai,the deputy manager of export division in Light Industrial Products Import &Export Corporation,invites Mr.Guo,a manager from the People’s Insurance Company of China to a conference,in order to clarify the matter.Mr.Guo explained the insurance in question to the satisfaction of Mr.Vichers.The problem is solved.
