The following is a talk between Mr.DuPont of a certain French engineering corporation and Mr.Wu,Deputy Director of the Technical Import Corporation,regarding the mode of payment for a complete plant of a tube mill.During the talk Mr.DuPont puts forward the proposition that we apply to the National Import and Export Bank,Paris,for a long-term loan to cover our purchase.
