“Negotiation”,the word originated from Old French nagociacion from Latin nagotiatio,implying “business,trade and traffic”.It is not until late 1570s did the word have the definition:to communicate for mutual agreement.In the business world,ubiquity characterizes negotiation.Negotiation is more than a business tool.It is an art of language introduced to resolve dispute.Simply put,negotiation is a discussion between parties aimed at reaching an agreement.
