★Dialogue 1 Confirming the luggage with the concierge

Concierge:Welcome to our hotel,sir.I’m Rio,chief concierge of the hotel.

Cheng Yu:Good morning.

Concierge:Is your luggage all here,sir?

Cheng Yu:Yes,sir.

★Dialogue 3 Checking in the Hotel and Complaining Facilities

Cheng Yu is the local guide accompanying guests from American Import & Export Corporation,consisting of 20 members.Joe Smith is a business manager of this company.They have just arrived at the hotel and are ready to check in.A receptionist is attending them.After check-in,there is something wrong with facilities in the room.Joe asks for the help.Now practice speaking the following dialogues.

·At the front desk

Cheng Yu:Good afternoon! I am Cheng Yu,the local guide of Chengdu CITS.I have booked 20 rooms in your hotel.
