In this part，mental lexicon will be studied，lexical access in speech production，different models of lexical access will be presented，representation of bilingual lexicon，models for bilingual memory will be fully discussed.All of these will serve as solid theoretical bases to prove that the G-T Method is very effective in lexical learning.
