Dear Mr. Collins,

Your hotel was strongly recommended when I planned my three-day trip to HK.

Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied with my stay.

I booked the picking up service. My flight arrived at the airport on time. But the hotel car was 50 minutes late.

The facilities in the hotel room didn’t live up to my expectations either. The Wi-Fi in the room is weak and unstable so that I was not able to make full use of the Internet. To make things worse, I found the drainage blocked when I used the bathroom. The floor was so wet that I nearly slipped. I requested to change the room while the receptionist offered to fix the problems. However, neither of the problems was solved before I checked out.

I was totally inconvenienced and disappointed. I hope you will improve your service and facilities. In the meantime, I suggest you refund me 30% of the amount I have paid.
