Recently I received some complaints from our clients.

Most of the complaints concern late delivery. Besides, our clients think that some of the delivery staff are not good at communication, giving no explanation and apologies for late delivery.

I realize that you often have a heavy load of documents and parcels to be delivered. And the traffic is always heavy when you are on your way.

I’ve already proposed to the GM that we tailor make some ebikes for you to minimize the influence of heavy traffic and improve our delivery efficiency. We will also consider recruiting 5 more delivery staff members in each area.

I’m sure you understand the importance of providing the best service at all times. I hope that we’ll do our best to satisfy our clients with joint efforts.
