3. Packing: to be packed in strong cartons

4. Shipping mark: the Seller shall mark on each package warnings like “KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE”

5. Price terms: CIF New York

6. Payment: by L/C at sight

7. Delivery: within 45 days after receipt of the relevant L/C

8. Insurance: To be borne by the Buyer after shipment
