Dear Ms. Dale,

I am writing to complain about my experience at your hotel. I stayed with you for two nights on March 7 and 8 and was dissatisfied with the service you provided.

You claim that guests receive a warm welcome, but when I arrived on the first night, I had to wait 30 minutes before a receptionist helped me.

I had booked a double room, but there were no double room available so I had to live in a single room. To make things worse, there was no hot water on the first day of my stay.

I often visit your city and stay overnight for business. While your hotel has convenient transportation, I will stay somewhere else if the service does not improve. I hope you will provide better and more satisfying service next time.
