Directions: Write an email according to the following infomation.

Your company, SF Express Delivery, runs a service sending business documents and small parcels all over the world. Recently you have had a number of complaints from your clients.

The complaints were mainly about:

➢ late delivery of documents and parcels

➢ lack of explanation for late deliveries

As the manager of delivery service, it is now your responsibility to write to all members of the delivery staff. In the e-mail, you should:

➢ raise the two problems

➢ suggest possible solutions

➢ remind staff to provide the best possible service at all times
