Opening

1. We wish to hold our monthly conference at a New York Hotel in October.

2. The chairman has decided to hold a board meeting in October to discuss urgent issues.

3. I confirm that there will be a board meeting on Friday September 30.

4. The 10th anniversary celebration will be held on Monday June 10 at Pudong Shangri-La Hotel, Shanghai.

5. We have a hard disk failure for the color printer.

6. The Canon color copier in our department is not working at the moment.

7. As you know, our lunch breaks are scheduled for an hour from 12:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m..

8. Our new parking arrangements will come into effect on Wednesday June 1.

Details

1. The scheduled meeting dates are April 6, April 20 and May 4. All meetings start at 10:00 a.m. in room 1001. Lunch will follow the meetings.

2. I will be back from my holiday next week and would like the opportunity to discuss this matter with you personally.

3. This will ensure that the staff who have booked the car can collect the keys and use the vehicle at the booking time.

4. We can’t use the machine until further notice.
