2．Related Paragraphs相关的段落

The same principles that apply to the paragraph apply to related paragraphs．Just as in the single paragraph，the fundamental qualities of related paragraphs are unity，coherence，and emphasis．To have unity，the paragraphs should focus on one central idea．To have coherence，the relation of one part to another should be unmistakable．To have emphasis，the chief parts should be placed so that they catch your reader's attention．

对一个段落适用的原则或标准对相关的段落自然也适用。各个相关的段落必须围绕同一个话题进行展开，才可以取得文章的完整性。各个段落间的逻辑关系清楚，层次分明，才可以保证文章的连贯性。最重要的思想内容必须在突出的位置加以强调说明，以引起读者的注意。

a．Summarize the related paragraphs in one sentence．

可将各相关段落的意义由一句概括。

b．Arrange the work in a logical order．

各个相关段落必须按逻辑顺序排布。

c．Use careful transitions．Follow this step so that your readers know where they are going．For indicating the beginning of a new part，the following are useful transitional words．
