When you are preparing for further study abroad，writing an application letter is the first step．In the application letter，you may ask the university for application forms and catalogs of information．In such letters，the usual format can be divided into three parts．

Introduction:a brief self-introduction(e．g．your identity，your speciality and so on)

Body:explanation of your choice and request for application forms and catalogs of information

Ending:thanks for the attention
